Submission Guidelines for Guest Post

Welcome to LegalVerse! We appreciate your interest in contributing to our platform. Our objective is to promote discussions and deliberations in areas where technology intersects with law, creating an informed and updated community. We invite guest submissions that align with this mission. Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your article.

Submission Guidelines

a) Relevance and Scope - Submissions should relate to an aspect of Technology Law, including but not limited to AI Governance, Emerging Tech Governance, Robotics & Law, Privacy and Data Protection Law, Digital Revolution, Automation, and Scaling.

b) Length - Essays should be roughly between 1200-2000 words. This is a guideline and not a strict requirement.

c) Content - Submissions should be analytical rather than purely descriptive. We are particularly interested in analyses of recent proposed and enacted legislations and decided cases that have had or potentially will have a significant impact on our technology and digital landscape. The more recent, the better!

d) Submissions on technology law developments in different jurisdictions around the world are welcomed.

e) Please follow the general format used for blog posts. Use hyperlinks for sources instead of footnotes. Do not send research projects for consideration.

Note on Simultaneous Submissions: We discourage simultaneous submissions unless you intend to cross-post on more than one forum. If this is your intention, please specify this at the time of submission.

Submission Procedure

  1. If you have a theme or idea for an essay, please get in touch with us at team@legalverse.in. We will discuss and explore your ideas informally via email to determine if they align with LegalVerse’s objectives. Alternatively, if you have a fully fleshed-out blog post, you can send that as well.

  2. If you do not hear back from our Editors within a week, it means we are not in a position to publish your submission. This is not a comment on the quality of your work but a subjective assessment of how well it fits with LegalVerse’s goals.

We look forward to continuing the conversation on the blog and appreciate your contributions to LegalVerse!
